Joseph Kulak is a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher. Joe has been studying and teaching various forms of yoga for over a decade. Utilizing his lifelong study of martial arts, experience as an exercise physiologist and as a competitive athlete Joe's goal is to guide his students to live an inspired life.
   "We have no idea what we are truly capable of until we try. I want to help my students dig to their core; face their fears and realize the truth that we are already strong, courageous and beautiful. We just have to choose to express it."
  Having helped several clients through intense physical therapy and even those battling cancer, Joe's motivation lies not only in helping people to heal but also in assisting them to create the life of their dreams.

  "The human body is an incredibly self righting machine, it wants to heal. We just have to help it. It was through my snowboarding accident and being taken completely out of commission that has taught me this. We can learn so much from our injuries. The trick though is to eventually let go of the crutch. We need to move forward, grow and return to being the architects of our lives."
   Seven years since a near fatal snowboarding accident Joe has recently completed a successful competitive snowboarding season. Winning a silver metal in Boardercross at the 2007 USASA National Snowboarding Championships.
   Joe continues to draw inspiration from his friends and teachers including Ana Forrest, David Swenson, Pattabi Jois, Raji Thron, Dana Flynn, Seane Corn, and
Sunim.
