Partner Yoga Workshop
Stretch, strengthen, and balance in pairs! Come experience the joy of partner yoga as we explore the playfulness that arises from the dynamic nature of a partnership.
Partner yoga, which includes mirror-imaged and partner-assisted postures, is wonderful way to bring people together, foster connection, create a deeper stretch, and it's a lot of fun!
Within the partner yoga practice, you will at times act as an assistant to your partner, support your partner's yoga posture or vice versa, and at times create new yoga postures with equal input from both of you. Both partners will have the opportunity to support and be supported in the practice. You will develop and maintain a rapprt with your partner, build and strengthen trust, and extend the boundaries of your awareness.
